By using the Game, you agree to this.

Game Usage Information
When you download, install and/or use our Game, we may receive anonymous information regarding how you access and use the Game (“Game Usage Information”). Such information may be collected while you are offline and transmitted to us when you next connect to the Internet whether or not you are currently logged into your internet connection from your handheld, mobile device, computer, or other gaming platform. This information includes:

  • Gaming service ID
  • Game achievements
  • Game scores and performance
  • Unique device identifiers
  • Other information and statistics regarding your mobile device, internet access, and use of the Game
  • IP address

An IP address is a string of numbers that is usually controlled by a user’s Internet service provider, and is automatically assigned when a user’s computer or device connects to the Internet. In some cases, we may get general geographic location information from your IP address.

Third Party Information

We may also receive information about you from third party marketplace providers, such as the iTunes’ App Store or the Google Play Store. This information includes your username and/or device ID and the fact that you made a purchase. This information does not include any sensitive or financial information.

We may receive information from third parties, like Facebook, Google or Instagram, when you use these services in connection with our products. We may also receive information about you when other players choose to share their contact lists with us.

Analytics Technologies

We may use certain analytics technologies (tiny files that are stored on your device when you use the Game to identify your device and may store information about you such as your gameplay, behavioral data, and the operation and performance of the Game). By using our Game, you agree to our use of these tracking technologies. These tools may allow us to assign a unique number to our child users, but this number cannot be used to track child users across different, unaffiliated games, online services or applications. We also do not collect geolocation information more specific than city or zip code. We do not use IP addresses or the child’s unique number to attempt to identify individual child users except under the circumstances described in the “Legal Disclosures” paragraph of this Privacy Policy.

The Game employs Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google. Google uses the data collected to track and examine the use of the Game, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Data collected includes cookies and information. Find Google’s privacy policy here.

Local shared objects, such as “Flash cookies,” may be stored on your computer or device through a media player or other software installed on your computer or device. Local shared objects operate a lot like cookies, but cannot be managed in the same way. Depending on how local shared objects are enabled on your computer or device, you may be able to manage them using software settings. For information on managing Flash cookies, visit http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/disable-local-shared-objects-flash.htmlBy allowing their children to use our Game, parents agree to the placement of local shared objects on their child’s computer or device.

To do these things, we may match Game Usage Information collected from you in different ways or at different times, and use that information along with information obtained from other sources (including third parties) such as demographic information.

Do We Share Game Usage Information With Others?

Yes. We share the Game Usage Information we collect with others who need it to provide services (whether third parties or our corporate affiliates) so we can operate or support the Game or our business. For example, we may share the information, such as unique device identifiers or other persistent identifiers and non-precise geolocation information with our analytics providers. Those providers use this information to perform analytics. Please note that this sharing is limited to anonymous Game Usage information only and we do not collect or share any of your Personal Information.

Information sharing may also happen when it is a necessary part of certain Game features, such as when you post your information to public areas on the Game where other Game users can see it.

We do not store credit card information. In order to process credit card payments, we use the services of a secure third-party credit card processor.

Children Under The Age Of 13

By law, our Game cannot condition a child’s participation in an online activity on the child’s providing more information than is reasonably necessary. If we do collect Personal Information from a child online, the law allows us to keep that information only as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information is collected.

When we collect Personal Information from a child, we ask the child’s parent for consent before we collect it, except as permitted by law, such as where we are only using an email address to respond directly to a request from the child. If the email is collected for a one-time response, we delete it after the response is sent. If the email is collected to respond more than once to the child, we will also ask for the parent’s email, so we can let the parent know that the child has given us Personal Information and give the parent a chance to tell us to delete that Personal Information before we re-contact the child. In that case, we delete the child’s email either at the parent’s request, or, if no such request is made, when we have finished responding to the child and otherwise fulfilled the purpose for which the email was collected.

We may request the parent’s consent in any way the law allows. For example, if the child’s Personal Information will be used only by us, we may ask for the parent’s consent by email. If the child’s Personal Information will be disclosed on the Game or shared with a third party, we may verify that the person providing consent is the parent by asking for consent in connection with a credit card transaction. Parents have the option to consent to the collection and use of their children’s information without consenting to the disclosure of that information to third parties, except to the extent that disclosure of such information is a necessary part of the activity for which parental consent is given. Notice of the information collection, use and disclosure practices associated with a particular online activity will be provided to the parent when we ask for consent. Sometimes, in connection with the direct notice to the parent, we may collect the parent or child’s name from the child (for example, the child’s first name, so that the parent knows which of their children wants to sign up for an activity).

Community Features

At some point, our Game may include social media and community components. Children may be able to post messages (for example, on message boards), and share ideas, creations and comments (for example, through blog commenting tools or online writing features), but these postings are moderated before they are made public. We take reasonable measures to delete Personal Information included in these submissions before they are posted.

Disclosure to Service Providers

The Personal Information and Game Usage Information we collect may be collected or accessed by our service providers (whether third parties or our corporate affiliates) who support and administer the internal operations of our Game, such as to enable registration and maintenance of accounts, to fulfill account requests, and to provide customer service. Our service providers who have access to children’s Personal Information can use that Personal Information only to do the tasks we engage them to do; they cannot use it for any other reason or for their own purposes, and we require them to agree to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of that Personal Information. Service providers also assist us in collecting and understanding usage information. We may share non-personally identifiable usage information (including aggregate data) with others, for their own use.

Legal Disclosures

We reserve the right to release a child’s IP address or unique number to attempt to identify a child user, to the extent consistent with applicable law, when we believe release is required to comply with federal, state or local law (such as cooperating with a judicial process or law enforcement investigation), to maintain the safety and integrity of the Game, to enforce any applicable terms of use, or to protect the child or our or others’ rights, property or safety, or to take precautions against any other liability.

Other Disclosures

Unless we have obtained a child’s parent’s consent as required by applicable law, a child’s Personal Information is not shared with third parties (even with corporate affiliates, unless they are co-operators of the Game where the Personal Information was collected) for their own use or disclosure except as described under the “Legal Disclosures” paragraph of this Privacy Policy.

Security

While we have policies and procedures in place and take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of Game Usage Information and Personal Information collected on our Game, we cannot guarantee that information will be absolutely safe from intrusion during transmission, while stored on our systems, or when otherwise in our care. Except as expressly required by applicable statute or regulation, we will have no liability for disclosure of information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties during or after transmission.

Partnerships and External Sources

The Game may link to external sites beyond our control. The Privacy Policy covers only the way we treat information we collect in the Game. By accessing any external sites, you agree to the privacy policies of those sites. The external sites may have different policies with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information and information. We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. Therefore, you are encouraged to review the privacy policies of all third-party sites. We are not liable in any way for the actions, inactions or policies of any external services.

Other Terms for Third-Party Providers and Platforms

You may be able to sign up for or access the Game through third-party platforms such as gaming consoles, mobile devices, other websites and social networking services. If you submit Personal Information to us via a third-party platform, your use of that platform is governed by its terms of service, privacy policies and/or code of conduct. Please review each company’s governing policies before using their services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will let you know by posting the changed Privacy Policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Other Terms and Governing Law

Use of our services and products may be subject to other terms, conditions and disclosures prescribed by us, device manufacturers, online service providers, or other intermediaries, including: (i) other terms and disclosures which are made available to you by us; and (ii) the terms, conditions, and disclosures made available to you by third parties in connection with the use of their devices and/or online services.
